Prior to co-founding Forum Law Partners, LLP, Loretta was an attorney with litigation powerhouses Christensen Miller LLP and Liner LLP. Loretta litigated high-stakes complex business matters for several years until she moved to the national law firm Littler Mendelson, P.C. to specialize in employment issues.
Loretta brings a broad base of business and employment law experience to Forum Law Partners, LLP, having litigated and counseled clients in areas such as contract disputes, employee terminations, wage and hour compliance, disability accommodations, unfair competition and trademark infringement. Since founding Forum Law Partners Loretta has successfully represented both corporate clients defending employment lawsuits, as well as individual plaintiffs seeking claims against employers including associative disability discrimination claims. Loretta has always been committed to serving the best interests of her clients by being diligent, insightful and efficient with her time.
Loretta graduated from Loyola of Los Angeles Law School in 1998. She served as an Editor and Staff Member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and was a published author in the Loyola Entertainment Law Journal. Loretta also served as an extern to the Honorable Dickran M. Tevrizian, Jr., federal judge for the Central District of California.
Loretta graduated with Honors from the competitive Communications Studies program at UCLA in 1994. Loretta made the most of her years at UCLA where she was a cheerleader on the UCLA Spirit Squad, and also worked at the UCLA Medical Center.
Loretta speaks Mandarin Chinese.
